The texture, packaging and smell of the products are great. My skin feels really soft and has improved in texture in a couple weeks of use.

Hi Kathryn, thank you so much for your lovely review! We're thrilled the texture, packaging, and scent are all hitting the mark — and how wonderful that your skin is already feeling softer and improved in texture. We truly appreciate your recommendation!

When I first started using day product I noticed I had lots of dry patches which looked a bit orange. However, after about 5 days of using the full regime, those dry patches had gone completely! I had been using Retinol which had done nothing good to my skin, it had in fact, made my face rage with redness. Now, after a couple of weeks, I'm in love with these products. My skin feels super soft, no dryness, no raging irritation. It's hard to tell, but I feel like my hooded eyes are more lifted and my creases are diminished. My boyfriend has been telling me I look beautiful even more often ☺️

Hi Penny, what a wonderful transformation story — thank you so much for sharing! Going from dry patches and redness to soft, irritation-free, glowing skin is exactly what we hope to deliver. And your boyfriend noticing too? That's the best! We're so glad Frøya has made such a difference for you.

I ordered the Anti Age & Insane Glow Day Balm 6 days ago after being bombarded by their product on social media. Had a confirmation email etc but no sign of it and the 'track order' option is not working. The email said that my estimated delivery date is unavailable and I can't get any more information than that. At this point, I'm not sure if I will receive a product or not, or whether they even exist or have any stock.
Response from Froya OrganicsMay 5, 2026

I made a mistake and ordered two kits . I emailed and explained what happened. Not only did I hear back in a timely manner, the situation was resolved without any pushback. I have never experienced such a smooth resolution to a problem that I created. I also had questions and they were answered right away. I cannot tell you how refreshing it is and how much I appreciate it. I am so excited to start using the product and support this company. Thank you again
