Incredible customer service. I needed to make some adjustments to my subscription. Upon emailing support, the response was prompt, friendly and very helpful. Everything flowed effortlessly. In today's online world, when it can become a nightmare dealing with "support" Froya was a breath of fresh air. Fantastic cruelty-free products too.

Melanie, "a breath of fresh air" might just be the nicest thing anyone has said about us 🙌✨ Subscription tweaks shouldn't be stressful, ever, so I'm so glad your email was handled with care. And yes, cruelty-free always, that's a non-negotiable for us. Thank you so much!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

The products (Complete System for Mature Skin) did not work for me (too heavy), however, the customer service representatives are WONDERFUL! I was issued a full refund after giving the system a 60 day daily try. Be advised: you do need to submit pics to verify your claim...pictures on Day 1, 30 and 60. Great company to work with
Response from Froya OrganicsMay 14, 2026
Hey! Really sorry the Complete System for Mature Skin felt too heavy for you. Skin is so individual and we get that not every formula will be the right one. So glad our 60-day try and the refund process felt easy and that our team took good care of you. Thank you for the kind words and the helpful tip about the photos too 🙌 All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Love this product because it actually does what it says it will do. It hydrates my skin so well without feeling greasy and gives a fresh look to my 53 year old mature skin.
Response from Froya OrganicsMay 14, 2026
Ann, this is everything!! Hydration without the greasy feel is such a sweet spot to hit, especially for mature skin. So happy it's giving you that fresh look. Thank you for the love ❤️ All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
