Don’t fall for the social media trap! The products made my face flare up so badly I’ve ended up on steroids to get it to calm down. I then couldn’t get the ‘60 day’ money back as you have to take all these photos on certain days - which I can’t now do retrospectively. I then cancelled my subscription. And they sent an order out anyway - charging me £20 more than last time!! They’ve refused to cancel that order and refund me. Very disappointed I’ve now spent £100 on products I can’t use.

The product I received was damaged and leaking when I opened it. I submitted a claim before I went to bed that night and by morning they had already shipped me a new product free of charge. Varinea made the process simple and friendly. So refreshing in this day and age! Not to mention their products are amazing!!
