I have only been using the products for…
I have only been using the products for two weeks. I can feel a difference in my skin but I don't at this time see a difference.

Hey Anne! Two weeks is still early days, so the fact that you can already feel a difference in your skin is actually a really good sign. Froya products are fine unless you…
Froya products are fine unless you don’t want your face to break out. Also, it is nearly impossible to cancel a subscription from their website so you have to email them (because they don’t have a phone number…really). Then their customer service cancels the subscription easily and on time and then they ask if you would leave a rating for their customer service but REALLY it’s a rating for everything Froya so the star rating could apply to anything and not just the good customer service that you are overjoyed (after all of the previous webpage-induced pain) about. Anyway. That’s my experience. Thanks.

We do want the cancellation process to be as easy as possible and I can see how the email-only route feels like a hassle, especially when you're already frustrated.
