When I got my order everything was in perfect condition except the shampoo had opened and had leaked. They responded immediately and sent over a replacement shampoo. Excellent customer service.

Do not purchase from this company. They have generated a false subscription and charged me for an order I did not place and it is not possible to reach a human agent. Customer services is an AI loop. Very disappointing as I ordered a couple of times. I will not be ordering again.

Customer service was very fast to respond and helpful when I needed to cancel my subscription. I loved the texture and feel of this product, it just didn’t work for my skin.

This review is specifically for Froya's customer support. I contacted them about a large air pocket in my balm jar, which made it appear less than half full. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded, especially on a non-business day. Their communication was transparent, professional, and helpful, and they arranged a replacement balm without any hassle. I haven't tried the products yet, so I can't review them at this point, but based on my customer service experience alone, I'm very impressed and looking forward to using them.
