While the products are really good, I’m now three orders in and hitting the same problem every time. It goes like this. I order. Confirmed but after seven days the shop app shows no progress. I contact customer support and they say it’s been despatched. Tracking says it hasn’t. They’ve created label but it hasn’t reached the courier. Nine days pass. I contact customer services again. They say my order has been despatched. But still it hasn’t. Day 10 and tracking finally says it has arrived at the depot. Three times isn’t a mistake. It’s like it only gets sent when I chase it. Why are they not despatching when the customer orders? Why the huge delay? Ten days to get the order to the courier is just too much. Are they making the product to order? If that’s the case say so but every time they tell me it has been sent when the courier says it hasn’t. Now 12 days since I ordered and I’m still waiting!

I watched all the advertiser’s to talk about how great it was and it looked really great so I bought the 4pack for mature skin. Then my email got flooded with all this talk about spells and rituals cast on the product! I was very alarmed because I’m not into witchcraft at all and had that been in any of those advertisements I would’ve never purchased the product.
