The complete system for mature skin has been working just as advertised. My skin is softer and more radiant. I have begun using the face balms on the crepy skin on the inside of my upper arms.

Unfortunately, I didn't experience a change in my skin with the product. I sent an email requesting cancellation of my subscription, and received a very quick response. The issue was resolved immediately. I'm grateful for such great Customer Service! I am still waiting for the process of the 60 day money back guarantee.

My review is for the customer service at Froya Organics. Due to several factors, (history of rosacea, very hard water, etc.) I was unable to complete the trial period for the regimen. (I did not order the rosacea balm, so I can't speak to its effectiveness). Froya truly does believe in their products, and they honor their word. Varinea was friendly, professional and understanding when I explained my situation, and went beyond just my requested cancellation of my subscription to make it right. I believe the products are beneficial for most, and they truly believe in what they are selling. Nothing is a good fit for everyone. But this not a company that baits with a satisfaction guarantee, then disappears on you if you legitimately don't like the results. Because of my experience with customer service, and because I think most people would benefit from at least some of the products, I would recommend giving it a try to a friend. TT

Very disappointed. I have normal skin, not too greasy, not too dry. Both the night and day creams make my skin feel very dry. I try putting them on damp skin but it’s not much better. I have to complement them with other facial products. As for the under eye cream which it is claimed removes puffiness and dark circles. My under eyes were suddenly puffier than before I cut down on salt. Won’t use that again! The scrub is completely superfluous. My skin is well cleaned every day. That powder is uncomfortable to use. Yes I read your reply to my review. But, given the publicity given to these products I feel I must be honest. I reitere and reaffirm my comments. I have continued using them ( I can’t afford to waste items I have ordered anyway,) But I admit I am unimpressed by the effect they have on my skin. I have to cover the application with a moisturiser. As for the under eye bag remover. I have persevered with that also but I honestly see not only no improvement but my under eyes seem puffier than before. I will use the body scrub on other parts of my body. Perhaps other clients have been luckier.

I had a problem with my order when the hair serum leaked during shipping and more than half of the product was spilled. I contacted Froya support and was very impressed with their service. Their responses were always fast, friendly, and helpful. They took the time to understand the issue, reviewed the photos I provided, and handled the situation professionally. In the end, they offered a refund for the damaged item, which I greatly appreciated. Excellent customer service and a very positive experience despite the shipping issue. Thank you! Jana

Wow! A huge difference in just a week. I purchased the Complete Acne System for Women after noticing a difference in my friend’s skin from using Frøya products. I have rosacea from the menopause and have tried so many things that didn’t work. The redness across my nose and cheeks was really getting to me. After just one week I HONESTLY have seen a dramatic change in the appearance and my skin feels to much better. If you’re thinking about trying it just go for it! Yes it’s slightly more expensive but honestly it’s worth it! Great customer service as well! I will be recommending this to so many people.
