They were very pleasant to work with, took care of my issue immediately, and were great communicating back to me. I accidentally double ordered and they were able to cancel one of my orders in time.

Mandy, so glad we could catch that double order in time and sort it out for you!! That's exactly how it should go. Pleasant to work with and great communication is always what we're aiming for. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I am updating my review since struggling to use the Anti Age insane day balm. I didn't like the product & it made my skin worse, however, I was contacted by email and quickly given a full refund. In that respect I am very impressed in terms of the high standard of customer service - thank you

Thank you for updating your review and for the kind words about our service, D'Arcy. We're sorry the day balm wasn't the right fit for your skin. That happens sometimes and getting you a quick, full refund is always the right thing to do. We hope you find the perfect match for your skin soon. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

We're bummed it didn't work out for you too, Lina! Not every product is right for every skin and that's okay. We're really glad the refund was quick and hassle-free. If you ever want to give us another try, we're here. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Jasmine
Great customer service! One of my balms arrived completely broken and they responded in less than 24 hours and shipped me a new one right away😊
Response from Froya OrganicsJun 21, 2026
A broken balm on arrival is never ideal, but under 24 hours and a replacement on its way is exactly how we want to handle it. So glad we could make it right, Jasmine! Enjoy that new one!! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I really like the products. They smell great and my skin feels soft. I'm also seeing fewer lines. I especially like the fact that I can read all the ingredients in the balms. And the emails from Line are actually really fun, informative and feel very personal.
Response from Froya OrganicsJun 16, 2026
Hey Louise! This genuinely made my day to read. Softer skin, fewer lines AND you can actually read the ingredients? That's exactly what we're going for!! So happy it's showing real results for you. And yes, Line puts her heart into those emails. Love that you feel that too. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
