I honestly LOVE the froya products and I've tried lots of non toxic skincare. I also accidentally signed up for a subscription and forgot to cancel it before it ordered again. I messaged the company and they cancelled it for me, no problem at all!! So nice of them since they definitely didn't have to do that. I will definitely b ordering more. Quality product and quality company.

After receiving numerous ads for Froya Organics and ignoring them, I visited my daughter. Her skin was glowing and she looked 10 years younger. I asked what products she'd been using. They were Froya Organics. I went home and ordered a set for myself. I've been using the products for three weeks, and my skin has never felt and looked better. I can't wait to see how my skin responds after 90 days of using these products.

I’m 61 years old and I’ve been using FROYA for about 3 months. My skin is smoother, more moisturized, and some of my fine lines have diminished. I love the whole line and use it religiously. FROYA has curbed my buying of multiple products for my aging skin.

Ik had de 'complete system for mature woman's skin' gekocht, maar kreeg helaas een best flinke allergische reactie van de dagcrème na 2× gebruik. De andere 3 potjes heb ik daarom ook niet eens geprobeerd. Ik heb via mail contact opgenomen hierover + foto's en ik werd snel, duidelijk en zeer klantvriendelijk te woord gestaan. Zij vonden het heel vervelend en heb het aankoopbedrag terug gehad. Heb nog aangeboden om de set terug te sturen, vooral omdat er 3 potjes ongeopend waren. Maar dat was niet nodig. Ik ben natuurlijk ontzettend BLIJ dat dit zo opgelost is. Dank je wel klantenservice Frøya 💐

I ordered this product in hopes it would be fabulous! I received my package and it was damaged. I reached out to customer service and they told me to open the products rinse them off and they would be fine!!!??? I told them I would like to replace the package send it back or refund it or whatever and they told me they would check and see if they could request a refund. I'm also within a 30 day return window that is clearly stated on their website. They are giving me a really hard time about returning and I'm following all of their policies and the package was damaged. This is absolutely disgusting behavior and I will report them to the Better Business Bureau, the FTC and I'm just gonna call my bank to get a refund. I would never recommend them !!!! This is just gross.

I have had such a lovely experience with the Customer Service team at Frøya - particularly from Ale. I had gotten in touch with the team due to a courier issue and they were very quick to open an investigation for me which has now been resolved. Their communication was very responsive and very friendly! I have to say they’ve provided the best customer service I’ve received in a while! 😊

Every time I open a new night balm it is full of little hard balls. When I contacted them initially I was told to warm the product. I don’t have time to do this every evening. I now know it is beeswax. Harmless I’m sure but it feels gritty on my face. I went back and forth with Froya customer service. I also sent photos of my face with the hard beeswax on. I finally asked them for a replacement. That did arrive. I haven’t opened it yet but hope for a better result. I have re ordered (4 times) the full set of balms since I started using. The night balm always has the beeswax as it nears the half way mark.

My customer service experience was wonderful…Prompt in getting back with me and in helping me with my request. They were also very kind and respectful!
