Top Notch Company!
Ale was great to converse with! She handled my question quick and precise, she was very polite, and professional. I love this company and their products, but most of all how they treat their customers!

I received almost an Immediate response…
I received almost an Immediate response to my email sent. That is impressive. Unfortunately I am not a very patient person. My order was delivered to the wrong mailbox by USPS. I live in an apartment and sad to say but people keep the packages if they like what’s in them. Who wouldn’t like high-end skin care products?? I was told to wait a couple of days but ran into the mailman today and he was able to track and retrieve it from the wrong mailbox. I inquired how Frøya handles lost package and if they insure them. Judy put my mind at ease and gave me the reassurance I needed to order again from Frøya. Thank you Judy!! Cathy Carrico
