I had an amazing experience with Ale.
I had an amazing experience with Froya's customer service! I reached out with a question about shipping and received a response from Ale within just a couple of hours. Not only was she quick to answer my questions, but my order was shipped within 24 hours. What really stood out was the extra level of care. Ale even followed up with a second email to make sure I had received my tracking number and had everything I needed. That kind of customer service is rare these days. This has been one of the easiest and most pleasant companies I've ever worked with. If their products are as great as their customer service, I know I'll be a happy customer. Thank you, Ale, for making this such a smooth and positive experience!

40% off first time is a scam
The first time use code did not work. When I followed up, it took about a dozen interactions over two days and I had a hard time getting an actual human not an AI bot that ran me in circles. In the end, despite providing multiple emails and screenshots, they informed me that the "40% for first order" that I even had an email confirming was not actually 40% off and there were a million caveats. It was a frustrating process and very misleading advertising. I do not recommend this company, as anyone who can't put together a legitimate buying process is also probably not selling a legitimate product.
