I love the 4 items that come in the package. Together they make my skin feel nourished and moisturized. I am a subscriber and I don’t normally subscribe to things. I only wish you could include duty fees in the total price so I don’t have to be home to sign and pay when it is delivered. I’m often not home and then I have to make a special trip to pick it up.

Hey Jennifer! So happy to hear the 4 items are leaving your skin feeling nourished and moisturized, that's amazing to hear from a subscriber!! I also really appreciate you flagging the duty fees thing, that's genuinely useful feedback and I'll pass it along to the team so we can look into making that easier for customers like you. Thanks so much for taking the time to share this. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I had really bad acne outbreaks, but since I started using your product my skin has calm down significantly and the itching and redness is almost not visible. So far so very good. I have tried other products but with no avail

I needed to skip a delivery on my subscription, which auto-renewed even though I thought I had taken steps to have the delivery skipped. Customer service was extremely prompt and was able to reverse and cancel the shipment, and offered me additional options moving forward to suit my needs. I was pleasantly surprised with how easily and quickly it was addressed! Thank you! -Michelle S.
