Quality product, great results
Quality product, great customer service and education; visible results fairly quickly, including reduction of fine lines, reduction of dark spots and increased firmness of skin.

Hi Michele, thank you so much for this!! It's amazing to hear you're already seeing real results, fewer fine lines, less dark spots, and firmer skin is exactly what we hope for. I'm also really glad our team's guidance made a difference, that education piece matters a lot to us. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

Ordered the skin care line and the hair…
Ordered the skin care line and the hair care line. Both smell amazing. Had trouble with the packaging leaking during transit so everything arrived all gooey and damaged. They sent me a new shampoo, since that did the leaking and that also arrived leaking all over the bottle. Customer service was quick both times to offer a solution and was VERY helpful. I'm bummed I lost so much of it to transit. All of that being said: My skin seems to be more moisturized. I'm actually going to probably buy again in the future, customer support was great and the product seems pretty good.

Hi Alma, thank you for such a detailed review!! I'm really sorry to hear the packaging leaked, not once but twice, that's frustrating and not the experience we want for you. I'm glad our support team jumped in quickly both times to sort it out though, that's exactly what they're there for. It means a lot that your skin is already feeling more moisturized and that you're planning to buy again, we really won't take that for granted. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I had a bad reaction to one of the products and notified Froya and without hesitation I received a a full refund! Although the AI response was strange and confusing, the company stood behind their guarantee.
Response from Froya OrganicsJul 18, 2026
Hi Pam, thank you for this honest feedback. I'm sorry you had a bad reaction in the first place, and sorry the AI response added some confusion on top of that, that's really useful for us to know and we'll keep working on it. I'm glad the refund came through quickly though, standing behind our guarantee is something we take seriously. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
