First off I appreciate the company took the time to make these enchanting poems and stories as I awaited the arrival of my Froya Organics. I receive my order within 10 days. Beautiful packing, glass jars. Smaller than I thought they would be but that's because the product is more of a Salve or Balm since it isn't watered down. You just need small amounts. I loved the concept, the Organic ingredients, it's so hard to find pure products these days. I did take my before pictures and followed all the rules and steps requested and instructed. The products were a little thick for my skin type and I was sensitive to something in them which broke my heart. I took all the photos and sent them with a request to return the products for a refund. Great Customer service, they were prompt to respond. Anjeika was the team member helping me via e-mail. She was fantastic! Very understanding. SHE thanked me for trying their products and graciously issued me a refund. I feel this company has integrity and I would still recommend them.

This company, and this product, both exceeded my expectations! I had one more “ask” after dealing with customer service, and JK was so thoughtful and really made me a Froya fan. Thank you JK. LW

I emailed asking help to cancel my subscription. Anjelika was prompt and polite, cancelling my membership immediately, she followed up immediately and ensured I received the official notification. I very rarely order off of Instagram. The product ingredients and formulation without water did spark my purchase. I have been using for 2 weeks now and I really notice that my skin is maintaining hydration and the products feel luxurious and pure. The packaging is also a plus.

I absolutely love this product! Have been using it for more than a year and my skin has never looked better. Breakouts are rare and when they happen they go away quickly. It’s so easy to apply and also easy to travel with. Couldn’t love it more.

So far, the red, itchy, bumpy skin on my upper arms is responding well the the ointment. The bumps have gone away, mostly, and the itching and sensitivity to touch is greatly lessened. I think that over time, the redness will fade away. I find the mild chamomile scent to be pleasing as well.

It was a breath of fresh air when I was able to reach out to their customer service and they responded promptly and kindly plus fixed my issue immediately. In a world of customer service moving more to online we loose the personal details and my interaction was warm and friendly. 🙏🏼🫶🏼 -Nicole
