I’ve lost count of the number of eye creams, serums and gels I’ve tried over the last few decades. While many of those products have moisturized and sometimes tightened the under eye area, I haven’t really noticed a significant change in appearance or reduction of under eye bags until using this particular product by Frøya. For me, it was immediately apparent this product was different. While emollient, it wasn’t greasy in feel and I perceived an appearance of looking more rested with less puffiness overall. This effect lasted throughout the day. I will definitely be purchasing this again.

Hey Cathy! Wow, thank you for sharing such a detailed review!! After decades of trying eye creams, hearing that this one is the first to actually make a real difference with your under eye bags means so much. Love that it's non greasy too and that the results hold up all day. So glad you'll be sticking with it! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

The cap came loose on one of my items in my order and soaked the packaging and spilled some of the product. I sent an email with a few pics to explain the situation and got a response from Varinea less than 24 hours later apologizing for the situation and letting me know a new order will be shipped to me in the coming days. -MJ

Hi Meagan! Thank you for this, and I'm sorry that cap gave you trouble! I'll let Varinea know her quick, apologetic response made a real difference. Really glad a new order is already on its way to you. All the best, Tobias @ Frøya

I've had a wonderful experience with Froya Organics. Their products are beautifully made, high quality, and crafted with clean ingredients. Every order feels thoughtfully and lovingly packaged, making it a joy to receive. I recently needed some help with an order, and their customer service team responded with so much kindness, care, and professionalism. They made the whole process easy and stress-free, and it was clear that they genuinely care about their customers. Shipping has always been fast, communication has been excellent, and the overall experience has been outstanding. I can wholeheartedly recommend Froya Organics and will definitely be ordering from them again.

I had a subscription with the eye balm. The skin under my eyes did not respond well to it. Had to cancel my subscription. They were very helpful and did as I asked with no problems. Great product just didn't work for me.
Response from Froya OrganicsSep 5, 2026
Hi Carol, so sorry the eye balm didn't agree with the skin under your eyes, everyone's skin is a little different. Really glad our team could cancel that subscription for you with no hassle. Thanks so much for the fair, honest review! All the best, Tobias @ Frøya
