Froya customer service got back to me via email right away and immediately resolved my request of a refund for a renewal of a subscription, not because I don't like the product, but because I still have over half of my product left after daily use. The product goes a LONG way which makes the price totally worth it for a simple routine that works. Anyways, I appreciate the fast response from customer service, many companies will delay in a response and then say it's too late to cancel the order. Not my experience with Froya. (:

Upon receipt of my order I was very impressed with the packaging. It arrived in a timely manner also. The shampoo is astounding!! My hair has never been so soft!! I love the Ultra Thickening & Growth Rosemary Spray and the Hyper Potent Hair Growth hair Serum. I have thinning and shedding hair since I decided to go gray this past year. I have tried MANY products and so far Froya has definitely made my thinning hair feel and look thicker. I highly recommend Froya products.

I've had a good experience with Froya. The products feel great on my skin, and the customer service is very good. The only area I would flag for improvement is that the product subscription renews far too frequently. In fact—and this is actually a plus—the products are so concentrated that you only need a tiny amount per application, so they last a very long time. I had barely started using my jars when the next order arrived. I had to pause my subscription because I still had an unopened box waiting while the next one was already on its way. Customer service handled this really well, and I’m very grateful for their help. One last small note: the 'Glow Day Balm' feels wonderful, but its oily texture causes my waterproof makeup to run slightly by the end of the day. I would recommend avoiding the eye area when applying it. Other than that, everything is great! Laura B
