Great customer service
I ran into an issue with my subscription and emailed Froya regarding it. The support team was prompt to respond and resolved the issue immediately. The process was painless and I didn't have to jump through hoops to make this happen, which is greatly appreciated! In addition to that, I really enjoy their product as it keeps my face nourished and hydrated.

Prompt customer service
Usually no customer service helps cancel once shipping notification is sent. Appreciate Anjelika's prompt response and assistance in this matter. Also btw love the products!!

Freya Delivers on their promise and more
I have been using the Anti-Age & Instant Glow Day Balm and the Magic Wrinkle Eraser Night Balm every day and evening. The results are truly amazing and as promised. I have spent so much money on It Cosmetics, Origins, Juice Beauty, Farmacy... but none deliver like Freya, and EWG skin deep rates it a 1 for safety!!! Amazing! Stubborn fine lines that Botox couldn't fix are almost completely gone after only a month of use. I also applied it to a burn scar that was about 4"x 3". It is now 2"x1". I have been using scar creams and cocoa butter for 7 months and nothing has worked like Freya. I will be a lifetime user and highly recommend it. I was skeptical at first, but this is the real deal.
