I love my skin care products
I love my skin care products. I am 70 and my skin was showing it. The products have been helping my skin stay soft and it feels more supple. I recently got the Arctic body wash. I feel so clean and energized after I shower with it. Thank you!!

Ale was very helpful and explained…
Ale was very helpful and explained things to where I could understand what happened. He canceled what needed to be canceled and even gave me a partial refund. I am very appreciative of the great service.

Softened and brightened skin
I've had a great experience with Froya. Their products are work really well to soften and brighten my skin, exactly what I wanted in a chemical-free product. They're also beautifully packaged and feel like a real treat when they arrive in the post. Customer service was also fabulously quick I contacted them with a small query. Highly recommended.

I made a mistake with my shipping…
I made a mistake with my shipping address and emailed for support. I recieved a response rather quickly and a remedy to my shipment to the correct one. I am impressed with the customer service I recieved and the promptness to my issue to be resolved before it shipped.
