Great products backed by excellent customer service I first started using Frøya products because my wife already had them at home, and after just a few days I could genuinely see a difference in my skin. That was what convinced me to place an order for myself. The products feel great, are easy to use, and most importantly, I can actually see results. Shipping was also very fast, which made the whole experience even better. I also recently had an issue with a recurring order that I hadn’t intended to continue. I contacted Frøya and was genuinely impressed by how quickly and professionally they handled it. Their team responded promptly, cancelled the order and arranged a full refund without making the process difficult. For me, good customer service is not about never having an issue — it’s about how a company responds when something does happen. Frøya handled mine extremely well. Great product, fast delivery and a responsive team that stands behind its customers. Very happy with my experience and definitely happy to recommend them.
