Never received my purchase

I ordered a bracelet that was supposed to be 9 inches long , when i received it , it was 8.5 inches , to small for me . I contacted them and told them about length problem and that i really didnt like the design . I was told that they make all their jewerly hand made by order and I couldnt get a refund or different bracelet . When I received it the second time , guess what length it was now , it’s 8 inches long , problem is it was supposed to be 9 inches first time but when I sent it back , i paid 145.00 to add a extra inch to it , which means it should have been 10 inches the second time I received it , but remember now its now 8 inches . I told them this time i want a full refund , and guess what , now I cant get a refund or exchange because ive had it over 15 days . It seems these people are not only incompetent but also liars too. I wouldnt buy ANYTHING else from them and im not lying !

Bad customer service. Spent 15k on a watch which broke after 2 days. I sent it for repair and after 3 weeks still don’t have and they are trying to make me pay 2000$ more.

Got the wrong $40,000 necklace twice and they won’t refund me

This is the worst Customer Service and product I have ever had. The bracelet changed color after 6 months. Sent back and it took months to get a replacement; only to receive a bracelet less than half the size of the original. Then I had to jump through hoops to get approval to send it back when you knew you sent the wrong bracelet. And I am still waiting for a refund as I no longer want to do business with this company. If I could rate NO STARS I would!!

Worst company ever. Sent me a garbage chain and refuse to take it back without trying to charge me a $1200 fee! I called Visa and am dealing with them that way since they don’t want to be fair.

Sold me a cheap chain it broke I contacted them about warranty and sent pictures. The girl told me that the chain is not cover under warranty. So I went to google made a review she called back and told me I could send it back for a refund if I took the review down I did. I sent the chain back and had no response so I called and she said that since the chain is broken she can’t do a refund but can send me a chain back. I have not seen neither one they stole 326.00 from me.

Total waste of time. Nothing but problems with my order. Missing item. police reports. numerous calls back and forth between Frost NYC, FedEx, Affirm and my local Sheriffs office. Returned the one item I received. Finally got refunded for everything. Complete lack of communication during the return and investigation process. Will not do business with Frost NYC again. Poor management.
