I was extremely disappointed of the quality of the chain I purchased, seem cheap to me.

I got ripped off basically. Jewelry arrived broken, tarnished. Really rude employees. Lied, weren't helpful.

The 1st pendant I orderd was supposed to be full diamond medium sized picture pendant w/20" rope chain. I was notified after I placed my order that it was not in stock and an "upgrade" was available at no extra charge. This "upgrade" was not on site to see. I was sent an image. Didn't seem like much of an "upgrade"' if any. The "upgrade" had more carats but they were smaller diamonds than original pendant ordered. I had my doubts but I went ahead and went with "upgrade". When I received the pendant I immediately noticed the chain was longer than 20". Also the pendant was smaller in dimensions compared to original pendant ordered. I was not satisfied so I returned it. I decided to upgrade and add roughly $650 to get a bigger pendant with more carats in diamonds and I also requested an 18" rope chain this time....when I finally recieved it(took longer than expected)...it was not an 18" chain, it was filthy with smudges and fingerprints. Also my picture was cut off, a piece of the head was cutoff in picture. Horrible placement of picture. Very disappointing.... I reached out to the person I had been in contact with and didnt get a response for a couple days. Coincidentally I received a response right after a wrote a bad review. I was told I can return it to get polished and replace picture. That's cool but it's a hassle to have to send back again and wait for my product. This will be the second time sending it back and hopefully the last

For the money I paid for the bracelet it was not worth it. No gold karet making it felt like very light plastic

I ordered a mans bracelet with the 2 day shipping and it was almost 2 weeks before y'all emailed me back stating the item was out of stock. I tried numerous times calling y'all and a recorder answers saying the voicemail box is full. Y'all do not treat your customers good at all by all of these bad complaints!

diamond cut is only one side- and it's not really white like the picture

i got the wrong chain i pick something else and they sent the wring chain i had a diamond cut chain they sent a all gold one
