Don’t like the way I was treated and the games that are being played when I wanted to return my order

I ordered a 2 CT ring after two which was suppose to have been shipped to me but later found out it wasn't because they claimed they ran out of the ring, which isn't true because a friend of mine got the exact same ring from them and its still advertised for a higher price, then they sent me a email with rings they was offering me which was 1 CT rings which costs more, so I ended up ordering one that had over 1 1/2 CT which costed me a lot more money than the original rings, they said they'll send it overnight because of the length of time I waited for the original ring, which they didn't, so I didn't have my ring when I attended the function I wanted the ring for, they finally sent it buy FedEx , FedEx didn't deliver it because I wasn't at home, eventho I had to take off for that day because of the wide range of hours they set for their deliver and it went to the corner store and missed them,then I called FedEx and they told me that they'll try redelivering the ring the next day I told them that I be damn if I take off another day waiting on them, I'll come to their store and pick it up, they said I couldn't because of the instructions from the sender we went back and forth with words, which mine was pretty ugly at that time, they finally allowed me to travel an hour and eighteen minutes to their store in Mobile, Al to pick it up, I called NYC to express my outrage with them, they offered me a watch which they sent, and FedEx left the package on my steps like they should've done the first time, but it was a silver watch. I ordered a gold and diamond ring, that doesn't match. I'm confused 😕

I never got it

Over charged on the tray, would not cancel item when I asked them to, still charged me, ect. Never received items ect, Waste of time, waste of money, poor customer service, poor management, poor business ethics. I would take my money elsewhere extremely disappointed. Not even sure why they keep sending emails and now a review email? Good

Extremely disappointed with Frost. I ordered a $600 ring for my husband as a Christmas gift which he picked out and instead of Frost indicating the ring was on backorder, they shipped me another ring that looked similar as if we wouldn't notice. That is being deceiving and money hungry, bad business. I returned it and now they make you wait for 2 weeks to get your money. Never Again will I order from Frost!

Why I brought a Miami Cuban link gold plate vvs diamonds chain it was a nice chain shined real good and nothing to complain about until about a month of wearing it I realize that it was turning green and about a week after that I lost a stone and about 2 weeks that another one fell out other than that when I first got it was a beautiful chain
