I bought a $1,300 diamond ring. My entire buying experience, starting from chatting with Arthur and Nick, was so incredible. They both were so professional and helpful, never once I felt pressured or used any dirty sales tactics. It arrived promptly as promised. Unfortunately, the ring turned out to be a little bigger than I had hoped so I returned it, per their instructions. Once they received the returned ring, they called to ask if I might wanted anything else in exchange. I told them no, and the refund was immediately placed and I saw the receipt in my email notification right away. It's been only 3 business days, and I saw the money in my account. I was so impressed, again never felt any pressure. I would recommend Frost NYC to anyone, based on my incredible buying and returning experience.
