I bought 3 nameplate chains. One for myself with diamonds in white gold. Two gold nameplates for the kids. I took a risk on this purchase since I never owned anything from them or worked with this company. Let me tell you the necklaces were great but the first necklace came in gold instead of white gold. They took care of it. Had me send it back under their bill and replaced it within a week. Beautiful necklace. I adore it. The customer service response was great. I will definitely buy more from Frost!!

Frost NYC has great quality jewelry and they have great customer service, Jayla in particular was the best. She was very kind and very knowledgeable. Ordered a couple items, received them in the time frame told to me. After I received them I decided I wanted to exchange and she helped with the process. I was emailed with timely information and was able to exchange for an item I loved. At first I was a skeptical about the quality, so I went to get it appraised at my local jeweler and it was the real thing just like Jayla/Frost NYC had promised me it was.
