I had an excellent customer service experience with the young lady name Betty. I ordered a necklace and wanted specific things done to it and I needed the merchandise by a specific date she went above and beyond to make sure that date would be guaranteed and submitted that request to me via email as a guarantee as well. Also, days later I wanted to add another item to that order she was able to adjust that order for me and confirmed it via email as well. The best customer service I've had in a while. I will be recommending Betty@Frost NYC to family and friends for future services.

I was very pleased with my Rolex. They shipped it immediately after the last payment. Every time attempted to reach someone in the chat my questions were immediately answered. I was skeptical because I read a few previous views prior to my purchase. However, I’m glad I moved forward with my purchase and I wanna say thank you to Frost NYC.

The Rolex I bought is very beautiful but the band was to tight for my wrist, I have to find a replacement link, but over all very happy!

Ordered a chain online wanted it the next day and they made it happen. When I received the chain it was not what I wanted at all, size was way off (completely my fault). I called and told them I had made a mistake and needed to swap it out for the proper size, they accommodated me with no issues and gave me a great deal on the upgrade. I was impatient and didn’t want to send my old chain back and wait for the new one to get resent so I decided to drive from Boston MA and do the exchange in person. The day I drove out I realized about halfway that I wouldn’t of made it time before they closed. I called and told them the situation. Nick decided to wait for me instead of attending a meeting he already had scheduled. Talk about loyal to customers! Nick and his partner were great guys made me feel like my business was important and made sure I was happy with the chain before even discussing price (which was unbeatable, quotes I got for the same piece were insane). During the process, which took about a week total I must of called 143 times and I always spoke with Betty, Lucy, or Izzy. Let me tell you I’m an aggressive pain in the ass with questions for days and these girls held it down! Not one time did I catch an attitude or feel like I wasn’t a valued customer. Not your typical retail customer service where you get the run around or treated like you don’t matter. This place is awesome, the girls are as sweet as can be and so knowledgeable. They say NYC is the city that never sleeps, well frost are the jewelers that never sleep! They made this all happen for me on an unrealistic time line. I appreciate the hard work and quality both in staff and product! One complaint- I’ve had to wear a scarf since purchasing my new chain cause my neck so frosty 🥶🤩😝
