I'll never do business with them againe from…
Initially when I bought my change from frost NYC I was happy I had a 28-in chain that weighed 21 grams of white gold my wife had a 20-in chain 7 g of white gold. The website tells you that there's lifetime warranty repairs and replacement. I'm here to tell you that it's not true. I sent mine and my wife's chain back to get repairs. Hers was broken at the clasp mine had one chain link broken and three quarters of the length still attached to it. I sent them back for repairs customer service was horrible except for one woman that I spoke to. I took a month to get them back and I was even more disappointed when I got him back. My chain which I bought a 28 inches so it would easily go over my head no longer went over my head so I knew something was wrong to begin with. Busted out mine ruler and scale and found out that my chain was now 26 and 7/8 in long and only 20 g in weight. I checked my wife's hers was now 19 inches long and missing . 5 gram. I called up immediately complained to them filed the complaint never to hear back to him only to reach out to them again with more round and round talk. And then decided it was time to post a bad review for the horrible service I have been receiving not to mention the theft of my gold. That was only done they contacted me and tried to smooth everything over. The woman I spoke to was very rude and hung up on me when I was the one who was wronged. They agreed to send me a box to send the stuff back I sent it back only to be deceived again. This time when I got my change back there were only an eighth of an inch off on each chain and three of a gram shortened. You can't make this stuff up. Going forward I suggest Frost NYC fires their entire staff and starts over. What the reputation they're getting maybe change the name as well. I really never had a customer service experience this bad in my life and I'm not the kind of guy that go around and bash businesses for no reason. Matter of fact I'm not even the kind of guy that do reviews but after the experience I had and the way I was treated not to mention my problems were never resolved I just want it all potential customer to know what you're getting yourself into. I would never do business with this business again

Hello Joe, we absolutely honor our lifetime warranty program. The chain that you sent to us was missing links and was shorter than what you originally received. We will gladly fix the chain for you but we have to have all the pieces that were broken on the chain. If you lost the missing pieces, we have a shorter chain to work off of to fix the chain. Unfortunately if you send a chain back to us that is shorter than we sent to you, it will be shorter. If you find the missing pieces to your chain, we will gladly reattach it back to your chain. We cannot replace pieces of a chain. If you would like to find a way to solve this situation, please reach out to us and we will work to find a resolution.
