Beautiful yellow gold 5.8mm flat curb, however it was 2 grams less than advertised.

The necklace and pendant are really nice, but we weren't able to get the original pendant that we wanted because we would have to wait even longer. The other thing is, we were issued a refund but I really think that the refund should have been more than what they gave. There was at least a $200 difference between the pendant we got and the one we originally ordered and we got a $75 refund. This is the only issue

I gave 4 stars because of the customer service. When I inquired about upgrading and getting the value paid I was told that I should not expect that for used jewelry. Not at all what is advertised.

Everything is great! Product 10/10 Just the shipping… the border customs took my order and it was unclear who has to pay the import taxes… and for some reason the product ended up being there for about two weeks 🤷🏼‍♂️ Also I Never received a shipping tracking number. Fedex just called me one day…

I placed my order and my address was a PO Box. It somehow got returned to the sender and I had to call them and have another one sent to a physical address. My suggestion to Frost is, somewhere on the form of purchase specify that a delivery to PO Boxes isn’t advisable. The necklace is beautiful, and I’m very happy with it. This was not my first purchase from them. I returned to them as they have good quality gold and prompt service with the exception to the flaw that I experienced with mailing.
