The product I recieved was excellent. There was a big problem with shipping and your customer service team was not very helpful with resolving it. Fedex screwed up with the delievery and your team was not at all willing to intervene and as a result this was not delieved until a week after Christmas and was the main present for my girlfriend.

Did not receive the ring I purchased. Was sent a different one. They said it was because the one I purchased was out of stock so they sent me similar ring. But wished they told me before they just sent me different ring assuming I will want to keep it so can be less time I have to wait for ring I purchased and really wanted. At least they are able to make it and set to get to me in about 2 weeks as I’m waiting for that date to receive it.

Nice necklace but too thin and light for the price. Seems easily breakable

You get what you pay for. If you want the “look” of something, you need to pay for it. I didn’t expect the bracelets I ordered to feel like plastic. Add to the fact that they are 10K- likely just wasted my money. Pretty though, just won’t take them off to show people. It’s embarrassing how these feel when you take them off to show people. Don’t ever expect gold to feel like plastic and for the price, likely not ever going to get your money’s worth as you expect when buying gold.

I am very happy with the necklace that I ordered. It is very well made and great quality. The problem I had was with the amount of time it took for me to receive it. I ordered on June 3rd and didn't receive until July 16th. I called numerous times to check the order status and got nowhere until they finally told me that it was finished but they lost it. I was told that they would send me watch for them messing up but I never received one.

Received the wrong chain at first but returned it and got the correct one a couple of weeks later.

Clasp on my chain was too small on my chain tried to cancel an order I made by mistake and they fulfilled the order and took the money out of my account anyway took forever to get my money back.
