Bad communication on extended wait times. Once communication was established, a promised hospitality rebate was never sent. The actual item was as advertised.

I’ll start by saying, I understand that I’m not special nor am I the only person in america doing business with this company but I have not had a positive experience with my 2nd purchase from this company. It has taken over 2 weeks to process my return, each representative Ive spoken to has made promises they have not kept, I’m not able to speak to a manager about the issue, and even though the bracelet has still not been mailed out, there’s “ no guarantee” that the company can NOT ship the bracelet and cancel that portion of my lease. I don’t understand, even after hearing about the process 5+ times, how it takes over two weeks to send me the correct item I’m currently paying on. I can receive the item in 2 days when I buy it, but somehow, a return takes multiple weeks to process. I’be spoken to 3 different people about this and each time I was told I’d get emails, or that the item would be rushed and none of that has happened. I just want the item I’m currently making payments on. It’s not as if my patronage will make or break your company but this will be my last time shopping with this company due to its inability to keep me informed as well as the outright lies associated with that information, and the poor time management of shipping a single 9 inch bracelet out on a comparable time line to that of a purchase.

My first time shopping with Frost NYC wasn't that good. I ordered a white 14 mm gold plated cuban chain, ring and cuban bracelet. I received only the bracelet and ring. When I called to inquire about my chain, I was told it was on back order and they don't know when it will be available. That wasn't transparent. Why advertise a product on your website when you don't have it??. I was disappointed. The quality of the bracelet is just okay but the ring is dope..

I bought a Rolex and it arrived without the company checking to see if it worked. Unfortunately the bezel they added compromised the crown of the watch and it neither can hold time nor can you turn the crown easily to set the time. The company offers only an appraisal and not papers on most of their pre-owned Rolex watches, so you cannot get your own jeweler to certify the actual serial number, except for what Frost's gem appraiser wrote in the appraisal. If you touch the watch to verify it is real, it will render your warranty with them invalid. So, all you have is the appraiser's report without a photo of the serial number. But, my suggestion is to get your sales person to verify the watch really works via video before sending to you. I did not do this, and the watch did not function upon arrival. If you return the watch, you have 15 days from it's arrival to you. It must be unworn and other conditions apply. MOST IMP: There is a 20% stocking fee for purchases above $3500 (SO- that's $3,000 on $15,000 watch restocking is really hefty), so I would suggest you never buy on the Internet--only at the store in NYC. There's a huge penalty if you return it. Buyer beware.
