The chain i was sold was FAKE

They sell people gold and the weight doesn't match up..horrible customer service..will never shop there again..

The item is incorrect in weight and length. The necklace and pendant was suppose to amount to 20 grams of gold, my items only equaled to 18 grams of gold. My chain is 1/2 an inch short. The company lied about the necklace coming with a 14 kt pendant when i received a 10 kt pendant. I paid $2948.00, which is not cheap to me. I expected my item to come perfect for the price I paid. I am very unsatisfied with this purchase, and will never make the mistake of ordering jewelry online again.

Beware, they are scammers. They do not supply the watches shown on the internet. they send an Audemars Piguet that has nothing to do with the pictures. The diamonds were completely different sizes, 2 diamonds were missing, the calendar of the watch delivered (the one on the Internet had no calendar) was defective, the watch was dirty, after a month of discussion, the watch was taken back, the costs for the return shipping nearly $ 500 were not replaced. Achtung das sind Betrüger. Sie liefern nicht die im Internet gezeigten Uhren. sie senden eine Audemars Piguet die mit der Bilder nichts zu tun hat. Die Diamanten sind komplett andere Größen gewesen, es fehlten 2 Diamanten, der Kalender der gelieferten Uhr (die im Internet hatte kein Kalender) ist defekt gewesen, die Uhr war schmutzig, nach 1 Monat langer Diskussion, wurde die Uhr zurück genommen, die Kosten für den Rücktransport fast 500$ wurden nicht ersetzt. Die Uhr die wir zurück gesendet haben, wurde sodann wieder mit den selben falschen Bild eingestellt. auch die Gina OMI Jewelry (an gleicher Adresse) hat die gleiche Uhr mit falschem Bild angeboten.

Can't really trust this company. Ordered a pendant that was said to have VS1 quality diamonds and was sent SI diamonds instead. Paid for VS so the pendant was way overpriced. Would have been fine with a price drop and most of my money back but sent the pendant back and still waiting. They are real scammers.

This place is not legitimate! I bought a supposed 14-k men's rose gold franco bracelet that's not from italy or the usa it has the markings crg on it, when you call the so called sales department which their are only 2 different ladies they claim to not know what that means becareful once u hit that point because they like to hang up on you and they have caller id! Basically from day one this so called rose gold bracelet has looked off, looks more like brass/copper and has black thru out it - the day I received and called the sales lady didn't put notes on my call and said it must not have been polished all the way, well I went to JEWELER store and bought a cloth it's still that way also jeweler repair store said right off jump this is not rose gold it looks like they colored the piece! Bottom line u can stamp with a 14k stamper but that doesn't mean it's really 14-k this is on going now tomorrow is Monday when I go into a friend be gold jewelry store to get the exacts and will keep posting the progress do not buy here!! This place is unprofessional and they are professional at misleading and scamming people with Jewelery that's not what it says it will be on their website my rose gold bracelet looks nothing like the color or shine in their website pictures nothing like it at all! I have money and will take this to court and many places online once I get the paperwork tomorrow from JEWELRY store in my city
