Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. A company that actually cares and wants to make sure you are happy with their products and satisfying my nephews needs. My hats off to Rey and Maria. Thank You for all of your help in solving an overlook on my end. Will look forward in doing my own home next spring and using you guys again.

Great experience all around
Great experience all around. Someone (an actual person) was available to direct message on a Saturday. Told me what I needed. Purchased what I needed at a fair price. Received the part via free shipping in 3 business days. Can’t beat that.

Great service!
Great service! Right from the start of The website, to the online consultation with the Mr Cool rep. Delivery was quick and easy to set up. The installation is some work but definitely set up for the DIY’er. The inside heads are amazingly quiet. I would definitely recommend Mr Cool to anyone looking to heat/cool areas in the home and such.

Great group to work with
Great group to work with , I had a small issue with a coupler and they helped me out quickly and professionally . I have a few more projects going on and will be using them again .

We were installing a Mr Cool
We were installing a Mr. Cool minisplit with two air handlers and realized we needed a different length charged line so we ordered that and it came within one week. But because this is DIY, we didn't realize we also needed the electric line and the connectors and had to order those and wait another week. So the products arrived quickly. However, with all this DIY systems, it would be great when ordering a part like the charged line, if the company remind you that additional parts may be needed and direct you to those when ordering. It would have saved us about 10 days in the extreme heat. Now the system is in and it works great, so no issue there.

Hi Sarah, I'm sorry to hear that, but you haven't ordered from us the mini-splits system; you just ordered the missing part you needed (the coupler). So your review does not really reflect the level of service we provide. FYI, we double-check every new order. If we have any doubts, we check with our customers that they ordered the correct parts and we also always ask if they need any of the accessories that are sold separately if they didn't buy any. Just like you expected when you bought it from a different store. Should you buy again from us a full system, you will experience that. Thank you for your business.

Not happy
Will not ever deal with your company again some unprofessionalism is evident some of your staff needs to work on people skills

All our customers matter to us and after reviewing all our calls with you, I can't find any proof of unprofessionalism while you were talking with our staff. They tried to help you the best they could despite you not providing the right address and phone number for delivery. Furthermore, I've tried texting you personally to understand the situation better but you weren't interested in helping me clarify things so I could better assist you. Got a call immediately after placing my…
Got a call immediately after placing my order to confirm it was correct and shipping was about 7 days or so after that. The freight company placed the entire pallet in my garage. All stacked and wrapped perfect
