I ordered 2 wall units with 16' lines…
I ordered 2 wall units with 16' lines and a unit with a 50' line. I received 3 units with 25' lines. So I have extra communication line coiled up with 2, and had to order a 50' line for the other,

Great customer support
Great customer support. The order came quickly. One part was damaged by the carrier so I called and they immediately shipped a new part.

Great DIY HVAC system for someone that…
Great DIY HVAC system for someone that is handy with hand tools and wiring. Two things that would help that I didn’t see videos on wiring up a thermostat and fitting up ductwork from old to the new unit. The thermostat wiring took a bit to figure out and my HVAC buddy couldnt figure it out. The duct work is just bending metal but you’ll need a bender and to know what metal to buy (names & sizes) to connect the two. The unit itself was very easy to place and wire up. Been using it for a month now and so far zero issues. I love that I switched from oil.

Very thorough, friendly service
The best customer service I've experienced in a long time, possibly ever. Company followed up multiple times, made recommendations and answered questions, very friendly and helpful.
