Very good response from the Front Support team taking into consideration the time zone difference with us being located in Australia. Always helpful and and aims to assist with the issue at hand to full completion. Just need a few updates to Front itself to get the 5 stars. 1. Calendar/Meeting functionality 2. Email body formatting (adding tables, tab button going to pre-defined locations rather than spaces, ect) Outlook does handle this better 3. Front Analytics generate report function. It takes time to take the screen grabs of the different departments/inboxes for management meetings. A generate report button that you can select which items to show would be very beneficial.

It is great but I would like it to be a little more simplified with folders

Expensive to Maintain • Per user pricing is strict • There are no mix and match options anymore • You are forced into a contract to get yearly pricing. • Even if the add ons are another paid company integration, you still have to pay for the higher plans to use them • You overall pay way more than the use of gmail or Microsoft in order to use 3 stand out features that separate them from the competition. • every time they have a “new pricing” structure, they spring it on you to change to their new plans, not giving you the option to stay on your plan, (if you wanted to). Where after the “contract is done” you will be forced to move to the new plans, since it will no longer be offered month to month, at the same pricing, unless you renew with them again at the new higher pricing. Other Nuances • No Mobile calendar option • Offline Mode is not an option because it’s purely cloud based with no local cache • horrible random and delayed notifications for the same email. • counters are always never reliable having to request a reset all the time • Contacts Manager is horrible, it keeps even the bad contacts that were rejected emails or emails that were misspelled. • the calendar integration with other platforms show up as the actual embedded html language vs the nicer graphical view. • HTML draft editor is very limited and Buggy Overall the product is a good concept, but it’s so lackluster in value that it’s almost customer Robbery.

I find zoom very easy to use

We love the features in Front for connecting an email to Asana tasks, reminding or snoozing for a specific date and time, ability to @mention members of our team in comments, and share inboxes. Creating canned responses for common answers to customers is very easy and convenient to access.

Love this platform. Never had any issues. It's great--especially when you can get other team members to use it and the entire office uses it.

As a customer support professional, I've used a lot of different communication systems. Front is by far the best and most efficient way to respond to customer inquiries; I especially am obsessed with the link generation that allows me to link emails to one another and clearly display when something is a duplicate inquiry, as well as the comment feature and the ability to share email drafts. Mind blown. It's one of the many things that takes my current workplace above and beyond in terms of productivity and efficiency. When I email in to a customer support network, I really, really hope they're using Front!
