Update: After posting this review Front upgraded us to the tier we needed to use whatsapp. Thanks! Our company has been using Front for a year. We signed the contract after being told some simple and important integrations, like whatsapp, will be added in the future. Of course, now that it's the future, Front is saying that our Growth plan is no longer the actual growth plan...it's a legacy growth plan and to receive these simple features our plan will go up 20% in cost. Avoid this company, now we have to go through the painful process of looking for alternatives.

Front is a most helpful & efficient tool for communicating with both clients and teammates. I would have given 5 stars but the mobile app glitches too much.

Front is an excellent tool for working with email in a team. Really easy to share messages between team members and collaborate on replies or actions. Integrations, such as with Linear, make triaging feedback etc much easier. Can't recommend Front enough.

Sometimes it take a while to get connected

It works, but some things are lacking. The built-in spell check is terrible. Please integrate Grammarly or something.

Have some bugs. Can't place emojis on the title of chats/discussion

Personally, to me it's very constructive, helpful and more to do great work effectively with rapidity, on everything almost at once.

Wish there was a group chat feature
