Excellent Tool for Keeping Specific Teammates Up-To-Date. Love how easy it is to collaborate with co-works & teammates in one thread. Current suggestions: 1. The ability to merge a Discussion thread with an Email thread. (I've been asking for this one since we started using Front a few years ago.) 2. An editable bubble or note area on the side where a summary of long threads could be entered. And then have the bubble or note keep moving to the bottom of the thread.

I'm very happy with my experience. I just learned how to use "rules" and it's helped me organize much more efficiently.

I like Front, it is easy to navigate.

Overall, the platform works well. I wish it was easier to format tables, bullets, etc. Also, the color choices for the color fonts is a little unprofessional. It's difficult to use the bright blue, it would be great to get a dark blue color.

This best system we use for our business. It has helped us stay in contact with each other and our customers!
