If I could give a 0 I would. NEVER BUY FRIGIDAIRE PRODUCTS. They brake and they have the worst customer service ever! They came out to replace an ice maker in the fridge i bought 2 years ago (1st - why is something breaking that is 2 years old). The service tech BROKE my freezer and deli drawer. Nothing stayed cold. I called to schedule another appointment and they pass me around to people refusing to get an appointment for at least 2 weeks. Completely unacceptable. I read all the reviews before mine and it is all the same. Save yourself time, money and headaches and never buy their products EVER!!!!

If I could give zero stars, that would be more than this company deserves. WORST customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Multiple appointments to replace the part I told them they needed to replace on the first phone call, (which was 52 minutes long). This company has no idea what they are doing. Avoid at all costs. I could have ordered the part and installed myself. The stove was under warranty, but honestly it wasn't worth it. Missed 2 days of work. Had appointments moved back every hour for another hour at least 6 times over all the visits. They could have saved the multiple calls by bringing the part that I told them to bring on the first visit. This company should close it's doors.

Worst Experience ever. After receiving an email from Frigidaire related to a recall, I scheduled an appointment with them get the part replaced. They sent a contractor who literally damaged the icemaker unit and the one of the ice tray rails. I called customer service again to let them know the situation and to request a technician immediately...three days later, and having lost three days at work to wait for the technician, no one has show up yet. Customer service keeps saying they cannot control the technician availability..so who does then? me? In summary, after a recall I ended up with a broken refrigerator all thanks to Frigidaire. My next appointment to fix the issue is in two weeks... Would this company comply with its responsibility this time?

If I could give a zero, I would. This company has the worse customer service that I have ever had to deal with. I call the number and the recording tells me they can't take my call and to go to the website to chat. HaHa. The chat feature is disabled. This company really is terrible. My brand new dishwasher died at 6 months. It is now going on 2 months since it's death and I'm still trying to get a resolution. I am so ticked off. I will never purchase another frigidare appliance. I have called no less that 3-4 times per week and always get the runaround. I have been put on hold for up to an hour. I finally, after 7 weeks of calling, got an authorization to get a new dishwasher, but... I have to pay again to have it installed. This is total BS. Terrible company, terrible product and the worst customer service EVER!

Purchased a new electric range with induction stovetop in December 2021 in Seattle. The induction burners never worked properly even with the required types of cookware, burning food in the middle of pots and pans and not heating food around the outer circle, the supposed low/simmer setting boils, doesn't simmer, and one-time oven self-clean etched a permanent stain that cannot be removed on the bottom of the oven. We called for warranty service, but the repair tech claimed he found nothing wrong. We wrote to the company president (Electrolux in Sweden owns this brand) and received an insulting telephone call from some underling refusing to do anything and claiming there was nothing wrong with the range. Don't buy Frigidaire appliances! This costly range is so poorly designed and manufactured that it will ruin your food, as it has ours.

I bought a Frigidaire electric range from HomeDepot in June 2021 ... It broke in May 2022 ... Technician came to find out 2 parts needed to be replaced ... Technician placed the order from Frigidaire but never hear anything back for almost 2 months until I made several painful calls to Frigidaire today then finally one of the customer services starting to try to resolve this issue. Does anyone know whether Frigidaire can be sued in this case?

Purchased a new induction Frigidaire range in Jan 19th 2022. It worked well until June 14th 2022 when we started to get a F0 error. The range would turn on and start flashing F0. We called Frigidaire as it was under warranty and the soonest they could get a technician out to service was June 30th. The technician from A&E in Traverse City arrived and ordered the needed part. The soonest they can get back to repair is July 20th 2022! We called Frigidaire today and they have no other way to help us. Range sits there inoperable.

Purchased a Electrolux/Frigidaire upright freezer a couple of years back during the COVID pandemic. As soon as I purchased the product there were issues. First time the delivery came beat up and dented. Not the fault of Electrolux, but the first impression was set. Soon after there were issues with the fan that kept the unit cooled. Called Electrolux and they sent a technician out. The tech replaced the fan and life went on. A short time after the same issue happened again. This time a different tech came out and explained there was a draining issue with this freezer and he proceeded to break the plastic unit to allow water to drain and not freeze causing the fan to overwork and overheat. This fixed it for a little while. Shortly after the unit fan broke again, this time the tech came out and stated that the fan was not draining properly and proceeded to break the plastic housing unit more to allow more water to drain. This fixed the problem for 11 months. I'm now having more issues with the unit's fan. Called customer service like before stated that I'm having more issues with the same fan and asked them to please send out a technician to help fix it again. This time I was told no, it is now out of warranty. I explained that the original issue clearly was never fixed and requested they send someone out to repair the unit. I was told no. The rep just keep repeating that my unit is out of warranty and there is nothing they can do, that I would have to pay to have this fixed. I said thank you and asked to speak to his supervisor. At that point explained the issue again and received the same answer. I challenged this supervisor on this policy trying to explain the history of this upright freezer and how the issue was never truly fixed while under warranty. After round and round, the supervisor asked if I was incompetent and if I understood what a warranty meant. I asked to speak to her manager, she told me there was no one else I could talk to and put me on hold in an attempt to get me to hang up. Eventually she hung up on me. VERY disappointed in this entire experience and will NEVER buy another Electrolux/Frigidaire product again.
