Horrible customer service. I keep getting a run around. It takes 20 min or more before you can speak to anyone and you get no where. My fridge arrived Nov 5th scratched and the bottom dented so the kick plate wont stay on. They just keep telling me a service company will call in 24 - 48 but no one ever calls. A few weeks ago i called the service company and they rejected the order the next day and no one told me but i waited a week to find that out. I called Fridgidaire back they sent to another company. I tried to call them but cant get thru but being told i have to contact them. Its been a week they should contact someone directly to set something up. This is just 1 big run around. I am sure they are hoping i will just give up. i finally talked to a supervisor just now and she said its been a month and that a scratch or the bent on the bottom which is affecting the product is not a issue. So i am SOL.

Support service is horrible. First you wait for 30 or more minutes on hold. The first time I called they said my refrigerator was not registered and hung up. I called back and waited for 30 more minutes and no problem this time except they said to call a repair service. I called and the voice mail said to email the service. I am still waiting for a reply.

Been waiting 49 days for my appliances to be delivered to only be told on the delivery date that my order still hasn't been processed (however, they were quick to bill me). Scheduled time off from work, booked elevator and appliance removal. New delivery date is now early December. Will I get them?

I am glad to add my voice to the list of complaints against Frigidaire (we should perhaps pursue a class action suite given the number of comments). Run the other way from Frigidaire. Stores continue to pedal subpar appliances from Frigidaire. Problem: I have a new fridge that never worked properly (doesn’t freeze or cool), tried to resolve the issue through the company and I get all kinds of pretend help and assistance. The parts needed for the fix are back ordered and I am going on 3 weeks with no fridge! Potential Solution: How about you stand behind your products and have a new one delivered, and take the defective one back to one of your warehouses to be refurbished and then sold when operable????? That is customer service and what a good business should look like. Clearly Frigidaire needs new leadership and company culture. Frigidaire Response(s): Kick the can, delay, then shift blame and responsibility to service company who is trying their best. When parts weren’t delivered and others were on back order, I was told by Venus from Frigidaire customer service that I needed to work with the service company (shifting responsibility to me)! Umm, Venus, that’s your job…to support the customer and act as a catalyst and advocate for getting your customer up and running again. A service company will work more readily with Frigidaire (the one who pays them) than me. She was adamant that I was the one responsible to talk to them and that there was no assistance or help she could give. She could not check on anything; she could contact the service company; she couldn’t work to track or find the status of the back ordered part. I have been working on this for weeks and multiple times was told to expect a call, which never came and meant I was the one who needed to follow up daily and get updates on the status of elevating my requests and “special” approvals for this or that. Never again will I buy from this company.

Recently moved to Florida and ordered an entire suite of appliances Refridgerator, Double Oven, Microwave, and dishwasher, all less than a year old and under Fridgidaires factory warranty. The microwave was intermittent and would not operate. I contacted Frigidaire, and a certified tech came out to evaluate and indicated it needed a new main board and a bulb. We waited a couple of weeks, and the technician discovered other burnt components he needed to order. Several days after the attempted repair, smoke-filled our kitchen. The microwave is a custom built-in installation and cannot be removed or unplugged quickly. I pulled the breaker and notified Frigidaire and the authorized repair center. Sadly the Frigidaire agent was beyond rude and unprofessional, indicating, " We can attempt as many repairs as we want for as long as we want" your part is now back-ordered to December 19th, and we will do our best. The unit broke down in mid-October 2022, and today is Nov 18.2022. After repeated attempts to escalate the matter, the $12.00 part is ordered. They do not care if the unit burned or is unsafe and replace parts to repair it no matter the timing and inconvenience. Frigidaire could easily return the item or refund our money. We will send their warranty practices to the state's attorney for review and the BBB. Our dishwasher was also repaired three times, and now the double oven must be fixed. It appears Frigidaire is okay with customers waiting weeks and months for a warranty repair without any considerations. Imagine if our refrigerator breaks down, and they take three months to repair it? In this scenario, we would have to shell out thousands of dollars. Ultimately we would then have two refrigerators. Stay away and avoid this manufacturer.

My father-in-law purchased this 4 door refrigerator and freezer because they liked the look, and it fits nicely in their space. He purchased it on Jan 29th, 2021. In the first part of September of 2022, we noticed the freezer was not keeping stuff frozen. I know a lot to ask for from your freezer. We tried a few things and then ended up calling Frigidaire out to look at it. They sent a service tech that told us it must have been a power surge and the compressor just needed reset by unplugging and plugging it back in. (we already tried that before he came) He did not put a thermometer in it or do anything other than hear the compressor running. He told us to put a bottle of water in the freezer and make sure it freezes, then left. no follow-up or anything. after a couple of days without it freezing or even getting cold at this point. I called back. After waiting on hold for over an hour, I explained the situation to the person. She then told me the refrigerator was not under warranty any longer, so if I wanted a second opinion on why it was not working, then I would have to pay for a service tech to come out. After some arguing about how the first guy was useless, she got approval from her manager to send someone out and look at the unit. He came out and was in the house for about 10 minutes and told me the sealed system failed and the unit was not repairable. After a few days, I called Frigidaire back, and they told me what their tech said. Then said the unit was out of warranty as it was over a year old. The tech told me it was a manufacturing and design flaw that caused this. but because it lasted a year, it's my problem now, I guess. I tried to post this review on their website, and they would not post it, saying I violated some of their policies. I guess writing a negative review about a crapy product they made violates their policies. I won't be buying anything from Frigidaire again if I can help it.

I bought a new side by side refrigerator recently. I had a question, "is the evap fan supposed to run all the time." Well, Frigidaire will sure eagerly accept your money but try to talk to customer service after the sale......

It is unbelievable that the fridge is broken after using it just for a month. We received the fridge on September 26, 2022, and it is broken on October 25, 2022. The customer service team has been experiencing a systems outage for about three days now since I called. What they did was asking for my information and wanting me to call the other company's phone number after we already waited on the line for a long time. I also called them and other companies multiple times. Due to the manufacturer's warranty service request order and systems outage, I can't complete a repair appointment within 3 days. It's Friday now, and I have to wait until next week to confirm the appointment. They sold us a fridge that is broken after using a month. They can't arrange a repair service. They're not sure if we can do a replacement or refund. They can't even send an email because the system is breaking down. We have a significant amount of food that needs to be stored immediately. We have to wait for a week or so to get repaired. The fridge is only used for a month! How many times are we gonna experience this per year? I have a manufacturing warranty now, but how much the repair fee I’m gonna pay after the warranty finish?
