We had gotten a stove a year ago and ever since then we have had nothing but issues with it, to the point that we have had to unplug it because what it did was dangerous if left plugged in, So we called Fridgadaire and asked if we can get it replaced, the first 3 guys game from one company who all replaced the part and then it would act up again, then they sent out 2 guys from another company, the first said they needed a part, we waited for the part and when the company got the part they sent out a 5th guy, who replaced the part and then told us he saw bugs inside the stove, with out showing us at all and then lied to fridgadaire saying that was infested, we called today about it and we were told since it was listed as infested they 1. wont't replace it and 2. they won't give us a full refund, and that they can only give us a mere 40% refund in the $800 we spent on it.

We had our Frigidaire fridge delivered just over 4 months ago and it's making a god awful buzzing/grinding noise...the soonest they can get a tech out is 7 days from now...not only do we have to listen to this noise, we also have to hope our fridge doesn't fail in the meantime! The gal I spoke with would not answer any questions about the fridge needing to be replaced!

Not about the appliances but buying directly from the company: It’s been almost 2 weeks since I ordered an appliance online from Frigidaire.com, they already charged my card, and there’s still no ETA on the delivery. When I call they say they have to call Ryder and wait 24-48 hours for a response. It’s been 4 days since I last asked and they either have no answer and aren’t following up, or they didn’t get an answer to me. For all the racists complaining about people in other countries in the call centers: Either start paying more for stuff so the call centers are in the US, pay more to buy from a small local dealer who you can call, or get a grip. My experience with the call centers is that the people’s English is excellent (unlike you, they’re multi-lingual) and they are very courteous.

Had this refrigerator is a piece of JUNK.Had the unit for a year and had them fix my ice machine but said it was ok. If you let it run for three days and then fill up 4-5 glasses half way for dinner that's all the ice you will get and it throws ice at you. They sell GARBAGE!!!

My story is pretty tame compared to what everyone else here seems to have been going through. I bought a Frigidaire mini-fridge for my son on Amazon. When I go to register it for the warranty, their site won't accept the model number. After a chat session, they refer me to a completely different company, Curtis International, who apparently is the licensee for this product (so I have no idea who actually manufactured it). I succeeded in registering it there, but after emails with their "customer service", for whom English is clearly not the primary language, I really have no idea what's going to happen if there's a problem. They talk about calling "the store" first, as i'd bought it at Lowe's rather than Amazon, and they say I can "try" contacting them. My son likes the design and doesn't want the hassle of a return or else I would be sending it back.

My refrigerator not working properly. I have been dealing with this frig. since Aug.6 2024. We had renos done in the kitchen, so we didn't use the frig right away. So I thought Costco would replace the frig before the 90 days. That didn't happen because they went by the delivery date. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Costco, then told me to call Frigidaire. Costco wouldn't send technician out fix the fridge because they said it was passed the 90 days. By the time my frig was fixed it was Aug.26, 2024. It only last 5 days, Aug31, 2024, on the long weekend. My frig is freezing my food and I'm family of 4 losing food for improper temperature. Frigidaire did not offer grocery replacement or nothing. I wanted to talk with replacement department and also ask for head office phone number, would not give it to me!! It was like the customer service had control with the call. I'm really upset because when I called on Sept.3, 2024. They said" Hanks" technician would get a hold of me for appointment. I was to fill out paper work before the appointment could be made. I couldn't call up the paper work from the email. I called twice Hanks Appliance, received know reply. I called the following week, I was told to send a email. I send email yesterday and receive a reply today. Hanks will not service my frig because its out of their area, Sept 9 2024. So I called Frigidaire for a different technician for my area, Sept 9. They will come look at my fridge on Sept 18,2024. Then the technician has to look at the fridge and order parts.. So I do not know when my fridge will be fixed!!!!! I'm very upset because i wanted the fridge replaced. It cannot be trusted (Frigidaire 20 cuft. serial#BA40400111). I have to buy very little food for my family because that's only frig. I have. The price of produce and fruit is ridiculous today.

They sell appliances with known thoughts, do not care about your inconvenience, give you date of technician arriving between 8am and 5pm, without even contacting the technicians, who knows nothing about your scheduled appointment when you call them and they do not reimburse you anything for spoiled food that has to be thrown away because of their faulty product...and so much more I could say about their customer service.

One word cheap! This company was chosen to furnish the apartment complex I live in that considers themselves "luxury" a term over hyped and over used in reality. In my unit which is 2 years old this building is still new. Washer in unit was out of balance and loud. Torn up. They replaced it with a used one. Didn't help it sounded like a Diesel engine every time I ran it. So they finally replaced it with a brand new one. And guess what it still sucks. The new one came from factory off balance. But it happens to be the quieter of the three so I let that go. The first dryer smelled burnt. They checked the exhaust and it wasn't clogged so they cleaned the inside. Didn't help. Still had a burnt smell. They did the same thing and replaced with a used dryer. Problem here was that used dryer had a loose metal plate inside. So it rattled like crazy. And it had a stuck roller that ended up melting and really stinky. So they got me a new one. Very low quality appliance on high I have to dry a load of laundry twice to be fully dry. The. Setting to max heat the dryer starts letting out a burnt smell . So can't use max settings. The dishwasher looks nice but it's cheap too. Motors are very loud. And it has some grinding noises that they tell me is normal. Weird. But ok. It seems to clean well so I've been dealing with the noise. The fridge sucks. It's a freeze on top fridge on bottom. The most cheapest and basic you can get. Many times the defroster doesn't work right as I see things in my freezer melt sometimes. Defrost runs a bit too long. Then changing the settings the defroster doesn't work long enough. Range is glass top and it sucks. Smells burnt when I run a cooktop on high for more than a minute. And the microwave appears to be built by GE and is the only appliance that's actually half way decent. This brand is a budget and very cheap brand. When I see "luxury" and high end I'm expecting whirlpool profile series appliances. But so far this is the third property that lies to get you to sign a lease. But this review isnt about them. It's about this company!
