It's a rip off plain and simple. They refuse to pay anything. They will find ant excuse to get out of paying. This is nothing but a scam! I was sold Garbage Frigidaire Range by Home Depot (Not Home Depot that I am blaming) The Third World Country where Frigidare has their garbage manufactured didn't put the serial number sticker on the range, the swine at Frigidaire refused to stand behind their product, despite having been sent a copy of the sales receipt, and even being contacted by Home Depot. The scum at Allstate SquareTrade refuse to cover the $120.00 extended warranty because the issue occured before the range was used. Both companies are lyimg scum and a rip off!

This is the WORST company for Customer Service!!! Had a delivery date confirmed weeks ago and still I am told the warehouse has my range. Delivery service is helpless. NEVER buy an appliance from this manufacturer directly. Received numerous promises for an update everyday for last 10 days and have yet to receive one. No accountability for empty promises!

I've had a Frigidaire oven sitting in my kitchen, uninstalled, for over a week now. I can't install it without the natural gas -> propane conversion kit. The first kit got lost in the mail, apparently, I didn't actually get an explanation. I had to cancel my appointment with the contractor (they need to be licensed for propane in my state) to install the stove because of this. Frigidaire offered no discount, no expedited shipping on the new conversion kit, and then THEY TOOK 3 DAYS TO SHIP IT. It was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days. The estimated arrival date now, in 3-5 days, is outside the bounds of my original expectation. I have to cancel my contractor appointment again, and it's looking like I won't have a working oven for the Christmas holiday. Buy from someone else. Don't make my mistake. This customer service is a joke.

if I could give negative stars I totally would. brand new fridge not even 5 months old decided to die the week before Thanksgiving. a defrost part went put causing fridge to heat up lost over $1000 in groceries n other stuff was told by customer service we don't care were not replacing anything!!! filed a complaint with bbb and still the same response seriously save your time and money do not buy from them at all. oh and it's now 12-12-24 and my fridge still isn't working frigging ridiculous. I have contacted an atty I'll see what happens there cause somebody is going to pay

Purchased a new build home and with it we have a new appliances all new kitchen. Our refrigerator has been nothing but an issue since we moved in. Freezer door popping off do to cheap parts. Broken (damper) this from what are told regulates temperature. Everything in our refrigerator part was freezing. With no control to regulate it. Took 3 weeks for repairs. During the wait we were having issues with load engine noises coming from the refrigerator. As well as no water or ice being dispensed. Called on this and informed that the tech that would be coming out to repair first issue would have this added to his work order. Tech called to notify us he was on his way and first issue would be taken care of with the new damper. He had nothing on his work order for new issues but if not serious he would check it out as a courtesy. When done, he did fix the door and damper,but stated the water filter was cracked and frozen also more than likely was the cause of no water, ice and loud noises frozen but he could not replace as filters are not covered under warranty? I explained that the only reason it was cracked was because it was frozen and water when it freezes expands hence the crack. It was caused by a defect in a new refrigerator. He explained he could do nothing and suggested I call frigidaire. This was a complete calamity. Even though it was caused by the defect of the refrigerator they do no provide filters and I needed to buy one. Though they will give me a 20% discount. I said no not acceptable as I had nothing to do with the broken filter it was the items issue not ours and should be replaced by the company. Told no again, I asked to speak with a supervisor and at first told that supervisors only communicate with txt / chat. I requested to speak with someone again not chat and told not possible and maybe call back? That was odd? Called back the next day and essentially the same runaround. Though I was transfered to a supposed supervisor that constantly put me on hold. He then hung up. "I was not rude or unprofessional at all as I own a large company with Fairly large CS department and understand and detest rude customers" I called back and was transfered now to parts. Of course they couldn't help. I called back again and was now told that they would be sending me a one time courtesy filter. I should receive it in 5 to 10 business days. Two weeks past called back told nothing was being shipped and would not be shipped as they do no cover filters. I explained what I was told and the person on the line (was very nice and cordial) stated that the other person was more than likely lying to me to have me stop calling. Wow is all that I can say

My current range came with the home. I started having issues when using the oven recently and I called and paid for them to come fix it. It was just a one time instance. I was not interested in the warranty since I might be selling. They came and fixed it. The power cord had melted and they needed to replace that and a good amount of the electrical wiring inside the oven. After a week, one of the burner knobs would start smoking when I turned that specific burner on. This was only the second time I turned that burner on since they came to fix the original issue. I called again and explained to them that this was happening after someone came to fix the original problem. They wanted me to pay to have them come fix it again even though this was an issue caused by the technician that came to fix the original problem. The lady stated their policy only covers the same issue, but I shouldn't have to pay for an error on their part. Now my range is a fire hazard. And I know this was due to the initial fix because I saw them change the wiring for the burners and I had absolutely no issues with it before. They refuse to refund my money. Now I wasted $300+ and have to buy a new range since I don't trust them to fix or nor will I give them more of my money.

DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE! Their service sucks. Since Lowe's doesn't allow their products to be properly reviewed. And I can't review the Frigidaire fridge, I'll just review store as whole. Bought a complete Frigidaire kitchen set this year, with Lowe's 5 year protection. $1700 fridge completely dead at 7 months. Still under warranty so obviously not Lowe's problem. Call Frigidaire, Nov 13th, 1st time they had first repair company call me and say they can't even send someone to my house until Dec5, which is completely unacceptable. 2nd call, they get hold of local repair shop, they come out next day, Nov 14th, Say all my boards need swapped. They'll find and order them. Been in touch with them on weekly basis. They still have no parts sent from Frigidaire(Electrolux). And have no idea. WTF, If I provided roof warranties like this, "sorry sir, your roofs leaking in your house, I'll be out in a month or 2 to fix it", I'd lose all my business. Meanwhile, it's Dec 8th, and my wife and kids are eating out of coolers, that I have to keep filled with ice. DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE! Their service sucks. At this point, I'm tempted to even not support Lowe's anymore.

Bought a Fridge on Nov.20, told that I would get it delivered in 2 weeks ( Dec.3) at The Brick. Day before delivery date, changes to Dec.15. I try to get answers at The Brick, they tell me all kinds of Special delivery, problem at the port, etc.. I call myself for answers at Frigidaire, got transferred 5 times, for someone to tell me that the only person who can call on my behalf is the store. I call back The Brick, and they say they can't call for an update. So far, not impressed. I've had 2 LG fridges die in 9 years, so that's why the switch to try something new, and so far Fridgidaore and The Brick will probably get a quick change when I'm looking for new appliances the next time around. Received a call this afternoon that the fridge has arrived, and will be delivered on Sunday. Fine, but not impressed on this long for a fridge.
