Terrible product. Didn’t work from the start. 3 repair tries only visits later they promised to replace and still nothing. I haven’t had a working cooktop for over three months!

Frigidaire has a terrible customer service and is deceptive in reguards to honoring their 1yr manufactures warranty. My less than 1yo stove still under warranty is still a fire hazard in my kitchen shorting out constantly with a non functioning induction top that doesn't heat and is worse after multiple repairs and 3 no show service appointments. I have gotten no resolution from Frigidaire and if your able to talk to a person, they are all overseas and clueless or they connect you to a useless virtual assistant that says what they want and doesn't resolve anything. Their contracted warranty service through Sears home service is useless because their technicians can't fix anything or they don't show up at all. I have had to file a complaint with the FTC and Attorney General because Frigidaire has been deceptive and not honored their warranty or provided any resolution. I have been without a functioning stove for 45 days.

My blood pressure right now is going through the roof! Why? This piece of junk otherwise known as a Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator which is a little over 2 years old (hence, out of warranty of course) has just given us YET ANOTHER broken drawer. This is the 4th time for a drawer or shelf to break, and replacement averages around $150. In the short time we've had this we have sunk over $600 into repair parts. In addition, the ice maker valve freezes because the insulation has worn down to the point that it no longer protects it from freezing, so the ice maker doesn't work. And how is Frigidaire customer service you ask? They will not do anything. I will NEVER but another Frigidaire product as long as I live!

This company is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I have an eight month old refrigerator that has broken down three times they keep coming to fix it. Now we’re at 10 months of a brand, new refrigerator and they’re waiting for the warranty to run out. I said can’t you just replace this refrigerator is a lemon. They said not until three separate companies say it’s unfixable. Meanwhile, I have a baby in the house and I was keeping food outside now the weather is getting warmer. I’m screwed. Never again will I let any appliance company abuse me like they have.

But a brand new dishwasher from Lowe's this thing is the worst dishwasher ever the dishwasher I replaced was almost 20 years old and it worked great and it just stopped working one day. So went to Lowe's I spent almost $600 on this piece of garbage it does not even clean dishes I've tried it half full I've tried everything it's awful and Frigidaire nor Lowe's cares.

Horrible experience with this microwave. After 2 months it stopped heating. Everything works except the heating. Called for warranty repair and got a date for the technician to come repair. But the technician was a no-show. Never heard back from them. No reschedule- NOTHING. So called again and got a work order number with a phone number to call to set up a repair date. Called the number and got a recording that said they were open only 2 & 1/2 days a week. So, left a message for them to call me. I have yet to hear back. $400 + dollar microwave that is now useless.

I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator in September 2024 and now six months later it is completely stopped working. It’s under Warranty, so Frigidaire should repair the product. They offered to send a repair person over a week from now which would mean all of my food would go bad and I would be without a refrigerator for over a weeks time. I found it necessary to hire an independent repair person to fix the problem and I am shocked at how little concern Frigidaire has for customers when they sell them a faulty product. I would not recommend this brand to anyone I cared about as they’re unreliable, both the product and the service behind it - highly highly disappointed.
