I am having the most horrible experience with a warranty repair on my refrigerator. I will never buy an Electrolux or Frigidaire product again. After four months, two different repair companies and three repair no shows, I still haven't gotten my refrigerator repaired. The company is unwilling to elevate the problem to find a solution. They will also not replace the refrigerator.

Our wine cooler digital thermostat light stopped working. We purchased an extended warranty from them. A Frigidaire technician came by and declared it was not repairable. He said they would replace it. This was on 5/9/25. 10 calls later they informed me the Back Office would call me in 3-4 days. This has never happened!

They should change their name to Fridgidaireyoutobuyoneofourjunkproducts. There's a 12 degree difference inside the fridge itself between the upper door and lower shelf. It's very loud, enough to wake people up in the middle of the night. And then the compressor controller went out after 2 years (seeing some other reviews I guess I'm lucky to make it that far). My 1st and last purchase from this brand.

I have a Frigidaire Oven Model# FFEF3054TST, which is a little over 3.5 years old. I had the oven at 400 degrees to cook a pizza. I heard a loud noise. The oven front door shattered. I have a video. This should not have happened. The glass scratch my hardwoods. These appliances are worthless as this is the second appliance we have replaced in less than 90 days. All of the appliances were installed at the same time. There is a default in this product and Frigidaire needs to address the issue. I called Frigidaire and was offered a discount (small) on the part. Offering a discount on the part is not acceptable. This is an issue.

I bought a brand-new Frigidaire refrigerator in January 2025. It broke in May. Since then, I’ve received no repair, no replacement, and no response. I contacted Frigidaire multiple times. Nobody ever replied — not to me, not even to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), where I filed a formal complaint. The authorized service company told me the part is unavailable, with no ETA. What’s the point of a warranty if there are no parts and no support? I’ve been living without a refrigerator for two months. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Well, on 7/19/2025 my refrigerator stopped working. I purchased the refrigerator on 8/19/2024. So, literally, it could not go one full year without a malfunction so serious that I lost my food in the unit. Now the good part is that I bought it from a small appliance place local to where I live. They came out today, 7/21/2025 and were able to fix it in about five minutes. The problem was that the unit would get stuck in defrost mode. This was a common problem for the model of Frigidaire refrigerator I bought and a few other similar models. My overall feelings are that it is good that I bought it from a local appliance store that was able to handle the warranty claim with no fuss. The bad is that the products made are so bad that they can't even last 1 year without a major malfunction. I can remember when this would be seen as an embarrassment for an appliance manufacturer. How bad is this stuff anymore. 5 year life expectancy for an appliance? Some of these costing over $2000.00? Well, I guess it goes to prove that they are just building junk and don't care anymore. In conclusion, I am happy the local retailer took care of the problem with no fuss and quickly. I am also left with over $100.00 of wasted food and a very bad impression of Frigidaire and will be avoiding the brand as much as possible.

Extremely disappointed with Frigidaire customer service. I bought a new fridge (Model GRFN2853AF4) from Home Depot in August 2024, and the ice maker stopped working in less than six months. I’ve contacted their warranty department three times and waited on the phone for nearly an hour each time, with no resolution. No technician, no callback, nothing. If you're considering buying Frigidaire, think twice. Their after-sales service is non-existent. I will escalate this through consumer protection if they continue to ignore me.

My Frigidaire frig model FPRU19F8WF3 is an absolutely terrible product that only lasted 2 and a half years before having a sealed system refrigerant failure ( which is not repairable) and being shipped to landfill. Frigidaire service level was even worse than their product and I will never buy a Frigidaire or Electrolux appliance ever again.
