It is the first time that my two fur babies dance for their food bowls! They love the food, and I love the simplicity.

Hi Douglas, we're over the moon knowing your pups love their Freshpet meals and that it's made mealtime easier for your whole family. Big thanks from our pack to yours. 🐾💚

All going well! Oliver had been eating Freshpet regularly (purchased at a local grocery store), and I was simply interested in the greater selection of flavors offered online, and the greater convenience of having the food delivered to my home.

Hi Lori, thanks for the 5 stars. Our mission is to make mealtime simple, healthy, and delicious for the dog you love, so we’re thrilled to hear Oliver is enjoying our recipes and that your delivery experience went smoothly. Sending lots of tail wags your way! 💚

I ordered food for half of dogs meals and was sent with instructions and volume for whole meal leading to significant over feeding.

Hi Mary, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear this happened, as this is certainly not the experience we want you to have when using our recipes. We’d love to help update your menu. To do so, we’ve requested a bit more information. Please reply at your earliest convenience. We look forward to hearing from you soon. -Nicole

My Chihuahua is the pickiest dog I've ever had. I have tried most of the "better" foods out there. Normally it starts out well and within days he's done. We are on the 3rd bag and he is still enjoying it!!! HUGE WIN. Excellent customer service too. Very impressed.

Hi Carol, we love hearing that even a picky pup is enjoying our recipes. If your pup had thumbs, they’d be giving us 5 stars too. Thanks for the love! 💚🐾

My dog is a new doggo! She always had energy, but we are no longer cleaning up vomit from kibble accidents 4-5x a month or more! She has also lost weight in all the right places and looks like a super muscular Rhodesian Ridgeback now! She is so happy and just loves your food. Her brother is also on your food just a different type. Thanks Freshpet! We are lifers!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for being part of the Freshpet family. Please give your pups some extra love from all of us! 💚

My 1-year-old is less picky. My 8-year-old is more energetic.

So far the company is easy to deal with. Im just finishing up with the first delivery and more coming tomorrow. I like the ease of being able to change delivery dates, because 12 bags every 3 weeks is really too much for us, but its easy to change. Thank you.

Hi Lori, hearing that the delivery process was easy from start to finish, makes us so happy. Thanks for being part of the Freshpet family!
