FreshpetReviews of freshpet.com

I was optimistic about switching my dog's food to Pet Fresh, but I am 110% glad I did. My dogs get extremely excited at mealtime. I have also noticed that my dogs' coats are shinier and softer. I tried The Farmer's dog, but did not enjoy the packaging it came in, Pet fresh is better packaged, and I like that I don't have to remember to thaw it out. I highly recommend pet Fresh.

Orders come on time, I never have to worry about running out of food. I like the rewards system though I kind of wish there was more. Only issue I’ve ever had was a couple of bags being opened so I had to throw them out but I didn’t report it so that’s on me.

The food consistently demonstrates exceptional quality. The dry ice in the shipment could remain effective even if exposed to the outside temperature for an additional day, despite the temperature being in the nineties in Kansas City! It always arrives frozen! My dog clearly adores it. He becomes very excited when the box arrives or when I retrieve it from the refrigerator for him. He seems much happier! This company excels in communication, delivery, and the overall quality of its products!

The ease of ordering is great and our dogs have loved all the flavors of food we have ordered. Been a great experience!

An example of why I only feed FreshPet . I unexpectedly was unable to receive a delivery in the middle of the summer. Freshpet, without hesitation, refunded my order and promptly shipped my next order. I use to feed a whole prey diet, but FreshPet is SO much more convenient and my buddie is always excited for meals

My poodle mix is very picky when it comes to food and she continues to inhale her Freshpet. The delivery and meal plan is simple and most importantly, I feel good about what I'm feeding her.

Great experience! Great customer service! Daisy loves her food, a little too much!

My French bull dog is very picky I’ve tried many foods but with fresh pet he can’t get enough, keeps licking empty bowl until his next meal. I recommended you to my sister who has a picky chihuahua and now she can’t get enough either she loves it
