My little spoiled yorkie loves the food when I freshly open the bag and will eat good for the first two days and then she eats less and really don't want it on the third day, it seems to lose it good smell. I end up throwing about a cup away from each bag. Also, I am on a walker and it's hard for me to bring in the large box it is shipped in, just wish it could be shipped in something without all that foam to get rid of...

Your customer service people are fantastic. I had an delivered to another house and he resent me another order for no cost and advised me to discard the package when it was located so that my dog would not get sick.
