Avoid at all costs. I paid for their service to port my online school from Teachable to Freshlearn. Months later they still hadn't even started this process. I have now been waiting over 3 months to get my refund for a service I never received. Awful customer support and awful business. Teachable may be more expensive but it's easily worth it.

From start to finish, the customer service is on point! Jean was friendly and answered all my questions which made it easy for me to decide to migrate over to Freshlearn. They had my site up and running two days sooner than promised which is another HUGE win! Teja & Raghu were fantastic and very patient with me as I'm not very technical. I can't say enough about the onboarding process. I am certain it will continue as I begin using this platform to serve my customers.
