FreshLearnReviews of freshlearn.com

I'm extremely happy with the product and the service. I evaluated several learning platforms, including some learning Wordpress plugins and Freshlearn was the definite winner. Everything works the way they say it does an the support is unparalleled, not limited to emails or chats.

The verdict is still in on FreshLearn. I purchased the best product, but they have not met their migration date. Promised 1/16/24 and then 1/19/24 and still waiting. Not feeling confident about my purchase and decision to move to FreshLearn. I hope the prove me wrong.

Very helpful and patient. I am really happy with all the assistance and guidance I an receiving as I make my transition to Fresh Learn.

Wow. Real people really helping me instead of robots! Really friendly and super capable people too! Questions answered in seconds. A platform that delivers everything I was looking for. And perhaps the most beautiful thing of all: the one thing that I was missing is now being made by the technical staff. Definitely a five-star experience. I LOVE Freshlearn and its people!

There has been some good aspects to their platform but working with them has been a disaster. If i was employed in a company to manage the learning portal, I would be fired for choosing a company and software that gave so many problems. I don't have the energy to write all the problems with their software and customer services, so I'll just tell you one. THey migrated my website from thinkific and made such a mess of it. THe client names would not display in email campaigns. After 4 months it still is not fixed. When I showed them multiple emails missing the clients name. THey said they would fix it. I gave them my various accounts so they could review the fix. Instead of fixing it they deleted the accounts. THey actually deleted my accounts - can you believe that. Then they added them back in manually, with spelling errors in names and unregistered from the courses that those accounts were registered in before deletion. Now the accounts worked because it was not a database upload and they said - look there's no problem. I never agreed to have my accounts deleted. They refused to actually deal with the problem and deceived me trying to coverup their incompetence.

Moving platforms with my School has been very stressful and frustrating at times. The Fresh Learn Team have been nothing but caring and supportive. Calming me at every turn and promptly responding to my needs however small or unreasonable. I want to thank Prasad for the migration of endless film and text and a special thank you to Teja who virtually held my hand and promised to be there for me in the future should I need her. I can’t wait to start sharing my School with all of my followers and move forward in my business with this “Fresh” start 😁 Reena Harwood

The support folx were wonderful!

FreshLearn is certainly a fresh breeze in a competitive world of course-teaching platforms. If you are the discerning type, you'll pick up on it from the name – it's about the learners, the human focus, aspiring for simplicity and clarity. The system and features are intuitive and user-friendly. And they keep being developed and upgraded monthly, well timed for us the teachers to discover and integrate. When you run into something you'd appreciate to see added, they respond and act. The spirit is a user-focused start-up adaptation to reality and vision. At least that's the feeling I'm getting – different from some cemented systems that are usually significantly more expensive. The customer service is awesome. I received a lot of assistance from Teja, through what has become a rare treasure of live human support – progressing through the learning curve with screen sharing and clear immediate responses and solutions. Teja has been excellent and effective, both clear and knowledgable as she is patient and kind. The spice is the immediacy – replacing endless email correspondence with a real person, face to face, with abundant good will. You run into challenges, you learn and progress through trial and discovery, and what's still unresolved – there's clear and immediate help from a kind professional. Fresh breeze indeed.
