The availability of support has been excellent. Raghu has made himself available to answer my questions both by email and especially by live meetings. He has shown patience in helping me through the technical questions I've asked and has made sure that I understood the answer and what steps I need to take.

I feel confident that the migration team and support team care about doing things well. I feel relieved that all of my courses transferred properly, and I'm looking forward to customizing this new platform. I'm also grateful for the support from Raghu when we have questions.

Compared to my experiences with other platforms, Freshlearn's prices, service, and support are the best, and on top of that it is simple and easy to use. This makes life a lot easier in the online teaching space!!

FreshLearn is great! Getting on a video chat call for 30 minutes is so much more effective than days and days of email back-and-forth.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - this company will steal your money. They took $700 from my account, without my permission and then told me that would pay for two years membership - which I didn't want. I was on the $29 per month plan. I then subsequently got my money back after a long, drawn out battle. Then discovered they had continued to take money monthly depsite me being on the 'free' plan. There's no way to fix this on their site. Absolute conartists. AVOID.
