IN LOVE with the products I received. The installation of the "no-drill" custom roman shades was so simple and created such an elevated look for out kitchen. The quality of both the roman shades and curtains are great. Will order again!

Really pleased with the Darian Rod from Freshine Curtains! The quality is fantastic. The lady from customer service recommended pleat runners for my double pinch pleat curtains, and they fit perfectly. The curtains slide super smoothly when opening and closing, my whole family loves the finished look

Super satisfied with my custom Freshine Curtains! The customer service team was incredibly professional and patient while I sorted out all my custom details. The curtains have amazing build quality, and the ripple fold header style is so stylish and eye-catching. Looks stunning hung in my house. Would happily recommend this brand to everyone without a second thought.

Buyer beware. I purchased curtain rings from FreShine after carefully reviewing the company's return policy, which stated that accessories were eligible for return, less shipping fees. When the rings arrived, the finish was much more burnished than a traditional antique brass and did not match my existing curtain rods. As a result, I requested a return. Instead of honoring the return policy, I was offered two options: (1) a 40-50% refund or (2) 60% store credit to use on a future purchase. When I requested a refund in accordance with the stated policy (minus reasonable shipping fees), I was informed that the cost to return the 8x6 inch box would cost $120–$150—more than the $90 purchase price of the rings. In other words, returning the product would effectively eliminate any refund. Had I been clearly informed before purchasing that returns required international shipping at a cost that could consume the entire value of the refund, I would never have placed the order. When I suggested a refund minus a reasonable shipping fee of $10–$20, I was told that I should have contacted the company in advance to inquire about return shipping costs rather than expecting that information to be clearly disclosed on the website. This has been one of the most disappointing and misleading customer experiences I have encountered. Please be careful that you don't end up losing money as I did.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry the finish wasn't the right match for your existing curtain rods. Under our Return Policy, ready-to-ship hardware is eligible for return when it meets the stated return conditions, and returning the item for inspection and processing was always available in your case. To help minimize your return costs and avoid the inconvenience of returning the item, our team also offered alternative solutions for your consideration. These options were intended to provide additional flexibility and did not replace your right to return the item. We appreciate your feedback and are always committed to finding a fair and reasonable solution for every customer. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us—we're always here to help.

These curtains are absolutely beautiful! The quality was noticeable the moment I opened the package. The fabric feels premium, and the craftsmanship is excellent. The color was exactly what I was expecting, which made them a perfect match for my living room. I ordered the blackout version, and they do an amazing job blocking both sunlight and the heat coming through my windows. They have made a noticeable difference in keeping my living room more comfortable. I highly recommend these curtains to anyone looking for quality, functionality, and a beautiful finish. I'm so happy with them that I have no doubt I'll be ordering more for the other rooms in my home!
