I previously purchased curtains from Nicetown because they were highly rated and cheaper. I regretted that decision: it quickly became apparent that the curtains were manufactured in and shipped from China, and when they arrived, they were the wrong color. Worse, Nicetown refused to refund me, claiming the curtains were the correct color and had passed quality checks. After I requested a card chargeback, Nicetown began harassing me, calling three times in a single day. Freshine has been a far better experience, and I wish I'd gone for Freshine to begin with. Their curtains also appear to be manufactured in China, but I was able to order swatches beforehand. When the curtains arrived, they came with installation gloves and were the correct color. The material is heavy and high-quality. I'm happy with my purchase. My only complaint is that they took a bit longer to arrive than I'd expected, and the tracking website was not very user-friendly.

Really pleased with the Darian Rod from Freshine Curtains! The quality is fantastic.The lady from customer service recommended pleat runners for my double pinch pleat curtains, and they fit perfectly. The curtains slide super smoothly when opening and closing, my whole family loves the finished look

I am updating my review because since I posted my initial one, the company really bent over backwards to resolve our issues and I believe in second chances. They sent us a new remote ASAP, followed up after it was delivered, and finally got it working properly. I am giving this company 4 out of 5 because of the hassle but all on all, the blinds are lovely and the remote works! The experience was just awful. We ordered custom blinds with a motor. When they were weeks late we emailed them and they indicated the product failed QA so it was delayed. Ok! Good sign. Once they got here they had ZERO instructions and the remote didn't work. Once we reached out, they sent generic instructions and videos that were not specific to our actual product and then after a lot of back and forth they ghosted us- our motor still doesn't work. The shades themselves are very nice looking but when we asked for a discount since now we have to jimmy the blinds ourselves due to the non-functioning motor, no response. Come on Freshine, please do better for others.

These are beautiful and well worth the money. Great customer service. When you reach out to them they respond quickly and are very helpful. The only reason I took off a star is because it takes a while to receive your order. (I was not prepared for it to take 5-6 weeks) in my case I saw ships in 5-7 days and that was my expectation. Knowing now what to expect I have ordered a second time from them. The product is beautiful and the measurements are accurate. Don't hesitate to order just been prepared for the 5-6 weeks for delivery.
