The ripple fold curtain track was well-made and easy to install, and the curtains match my interior decor flawlessly. The fabric has a nice soft texture, and the draping looks elegant. Everything arrived well-packed with zero damage. Remember to choose ripple fold header for the curtains as well to ensure a compatible setup.

I decided to buy several double rods from this company because of the good reviews. My first order went pretty well, and I didn’t have any complaints. The second time, I decided to order two rods. That’s when the party started. They put two super-heavy custom rods in one box, and it came with a huge hole on the top side of the box. Later, I found out that one pack of wall bracket anchors was missing. Also, the number of brackets is always NOT enough if your curtains are heavy. They do send some extra brackets as a gift (they said), but you never know how many you’re going to get. Then I found out that we were also missing a rod connector. So I reached out to support again, and they sent me the missing part. I waited two weeks to get it. When I got the package, it turned out that they had changed the design of the rods and sent me a completely different rod connector that didn’t fit my rod. I had sent them photos of the rods and connectors, so they were supposed to know what they needed to send. So then I had to wait another two weeks for another rod connector. And, by the way, their tracking link never works. After I finally got the package with the correct rod connector and hung my curtains, the drywall anchors started failing, the metal supports bent, and because there were so few supports, the rod could have fallen off the wall at any time. For such expensive rods, it’s crazy to see something like this. They could provide better anchors that are actually able to handle heavy drapes. I mean, with a double rod, you would expect it to handle drapes and sheer curtains, right? Then support sent me a link to the extra brackets that I needed to buy. I paid $100 for them. And, again, two weeks later, the package arrived. And the brackets came in a completely different color!!! What is going on there? How many times do I need to reach out to support before I can finally install the rod in the room? It’s crazy!!! I’m extremely disappointed!!!

I absolutely love my Freshine curtains! The quality and fabric are beautiful, and the layered floor-to-ceiling design completely transformed my living room with its high ceilings and large windows. The linen adds warmth, texture, and elegance while still letting in beautiful natural light. Customized to my measurements, they look polished and luxurious and make the whole space feel so much cozier. I would definitely recommend Freshine for beautiful custom curtains!

I requested multiple fabric swatches and ended up choosing Celina Light Beige 8823-2, their best-selling linen curtain. Support gave really useful advice on measurements, and the finished curtains fit my windows perfectly. Would absolutely re-order from Freshine.

I previously purchased curtains from Nicetown because they were highly rated and cheaper. I regretted that decision: it quickly became apparent that the curtains were manufactured in and shipped from China, and when they arrived, they were the wrong color. Worse, Nicetown refused to refund me, claiming the curtains were the correct color and had passed quality checks. After I requested a card chargeback, Nicetown began harassing me, calling three times in a single day. Freshine has been a far better experience, and I wish I'd gone for Freshine to begin with. Their curtains also appear to be manufactured in China, but I was able to order swatches beforehand. When the curtains arrived, they came with installation gloves and were the correct color. The material is heavy and high-quality. I'm happy with my purchase. My only complaint is that they took a bit longer to arrive than I'd expected, and the tracking website was not very user-friendly.

High quality products (I have two motorized Roman shades) that are as beautiful as they are functional! Great company to work with!
